The Centre for Marriage and Family aims to help families becoming more of what they are by empowering them in the fullfillment of four General Tasks:

 

1)   To form a community of persons

2)   To serve life

​

3)   To participate in the development of society

​

4)   To share in the life and mission of the Church.

​

This is done by meeting the needs of the HEART of families.

​

HEART stands for:

​

• Humanitarian Aid (Family Based)- Provide aid to families and children in crisis                                                                                                         

• Education- Form Christian families in the faith in order for them to learn and to apply biblical principles/Christian teaching to their family life. Educate on the cultural, social and legal dynamics affecting marriage, family and children                                                                                                                                                                                                       

• Advocacy - Promote programs and public policies that strengthen families and serve the best interests of children                                                                                                                                                                                                     

• Research- Encourage research into important family issues                                                                                                                              

• Transform-  Work for the transformation of society through prayer and action
